How do I clean my Hurom juicer?
Cleaning is simple: immediately after juicing, rinse the parts under running water. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any remaining pulp from the strainers. Most of our newer models feature 'Easy Clean' technology with no small holes, making the process even faster.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all juicer orders within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via UPS or FedEx within 5-7 business days.
What is the warranty on Hurom products?
We stand by our quality. Most Hurom Slow Juicers come with a 10-year warranty on the motor and a 2-year warranty on all other parts, ensuring your investment in health is protected for years to come.
Can I return my juicer if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping and handling fees.
